Ziemer Amadeus I Microkeratome

The Amadeus is a mechanical device that has multiple corneal applications. When used as EpiKeratome, the Amadeus gently separates the corneal epithelium from the underlying corneal collagen. The Amadeus prepares a smooth clean base upon which the excimer laser can perform the surface ablation.
