The OCULUS Keratograph 5M is an advanced corneal topographer with a built-in real keratometer and a color camera optimized for external imaging. Unique features include examining the meibomian glands, non-invasive tear film break-up time, and the tear meniscus height measurement and evaluating the lipid layer.
This model is incredibly rare on the used market, a current model, and in new condition.
Thousands of measuring points are used to measure the whole surface of the cornea. A white ring illumination is used for this purpose. An infrared ring illumination is also provided for analysis of the tear film to prevent glare-related reflex secretion.

The Gold Standard in Anterior Segment Tomography.
Equipped with an automatically rotating Scheimpflug camera the Pentacam performs a complete measurement of the anterior eye segment in less than 2 seconds. A precise analysis of the central cornea is carried out in the process. During measurement extraneous eye movements are detected with a second pupil camera and automatically corrected during the calculation process. The software analyses and evaluates all the data acquired. These data then provide the basis for a three-dimensional model of the complete anterior eye segment.
The Pentacam analyses the entire cornea, anterior chamber and crystalline lens. This includes an objective determination of the central radii, corneal asphericity, various coloured maps of curvature and elevation, chamber angle, chamber volume and chamber elevation as well as lens transparency. Tomography shows the individual levels of the anterior eye segment in a freely rotating model. Measurement is non-contact and entirely agreeable to the patient.
The new HR Pentacam has an improved optic design and a high resolution 1.45 Mega Pixel Camera. Primary advantages are: Crisper and sharper Scheimpflug pictures allowing excellent IOL and phakic IOL implant imaging. More precise presentation of the corneal layers. Glaucoma screening:
The Pentacam provides a comprehensive and completely automatic analysis of the anterior chamber. Immediately after the eye has been examined, the instrument displays whether the patient has an increased risk for glaucoma. Post-operative evaluation of the anterior chamber shows alterations, e.g. after an iridectomy or other surgical interventions.
Cataract:
The Scheimpflug images produced by the Pentacam supply a clear representation of lens opacity. The 3D cataract analysis combined with the PNS (Pentacam Nucleus Staging) is a unique feature. The centre of the cornea and its anterior and posterior surfaces are measured very precisely for optimal calculation of the refractive corneal power. For your patients this means a perfect calculation of the IOL power – even after refractive surgery.
The Oculus Easyfield is a compact visual field that is packed with options with a very small footprint. This system is ideal for tight spaces or a smaller practice. Easy to use and very user friendly.
The Oculus Easyfield is an exciting compact perimeter that performs static perimetry up to 30°. It has been designed as a visual field screener and perimeter, offering features usually available only in large units. The Easyfield’s integrated bowl with a 11.81” (30 cm) radius and distance corrected lens is adapted to the Goldmann standard and fulfills the ISO-norm 12866 for perimeters. The Easyfield has a fixed point grid with 135 test locations including 30-2.
