Tampa, FL – May 28th, 2019 – Laser Locators, a leading provider of new and refurbished ophthalmic equipment, celebrates its 15th anniversary this year. To commemorate this milestone, Laser Locators has organized an anniversary celebration.
With the theme “Cheers to 15”, the 15th-year-anniversary celebration of Laser Locators is a look back to the company’s rich history and achievements through the years. The event will also provide a look at the future growth of Laser Locators, including the construction of new warehouse facilities.
Founded in 2004, Laser Locators quickly rose to prominence as one of the world’s leading providers of new and refurbished ophthalmic equipment. Since its founding, Laser Locators has earned industry recognition for the high quality of service offered to clients. Laser Locators has also won the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce’s Small Business of the Year and the Tampa Bay Business Journals’ Best Places to Work awards. Founder and CEO, Mr. Sean O’Donnell, reflects on the company’s modest origins, “In the beginning, I was working out of my living room with my wife, Jill. Today we have 16 employees and own a 12,000 square foot state of the art facility outfitted with only state-of-the-art tools and equipment. We will soon be breaking ground on an additional 15,000 square foot sister building with eight offices, another full kitchen, and conference room, as well as a much needed 12,000 square foot warehouse.”
When asked about what factors most contributed to the company’s success, Mr. O’Donnell and Mr. Joey Colarulo, the company’s Vice President, shared the same belief. Both leaders believe that success came from assembling the right team.
Mr. Colarulo stated, “It has been one of my life’s greatest pleasures to watch this company grow. It’s the people who make up the team that has helped us set a new gold standard in the refurbished ophthalmic equipment industry. Each team member has contributed to the company’s growth as well as my growth as a leader.”
