Thomas Bates, Service Assistant, joined the Laser Locators team on March 13, 2017. In his job, Thomas assists the service team with any task they need. From packing and unpacking equipment to cleaning and perfecting our equipment and parts to mowing the lawn and checking in equipment, Thomas is a huge asset to the service team and their success.

Thomas was born in Santa Clara, Cuba, and is fluent in English and Spanish. When he was two years old, he moved to Tampa, Florida, with his family, where they have lived ever since. Before working at Laser Locators, Thomas worked construction alongside his dad, picking up on all the traits and skills that have helped him tremendously in his work here at Laser Locators.

Thomas is in his Junior year at Alonso High School, where his favorite subject is History. Every day around 1:00 p.m., after Thomas has completed his classes, he comes to work part-time with the Laser Locators team. His dedication, hard work, and loyalty make him a great student and employee. When Thomas is not in the classroom or at work, his hobbies include fishing, shooting, fixing and driving cars and spending time with his lovely girlfriend, Holly.
