Will I be able to inspect the equipment before buying?

At Laser Locators, we have experienced laser engineers and technicians on staff that refurbish and service equipment at our headquarters or in the field. We invite anyone to tour our new 12,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility prior to purchase and want you to feel free to ask our engineers and technicians any questions you may have throughout your visit. Along with seeing and testing the equipment you are interested in buying, we welcome you to also meet our staff to allow you to buy with confidence.

Will there be any additional costs connected to the purchase/can I return my item?

At Laser Locators, there is additional shipping included on top of the list price. Your equipment ships from Laser Locators once payment in full is received. Adcom Worldwide is the shipping company that will handle your equipment with care, and includes delivery, unpacking, and debris removal. Once your unit is delivered, Laser Locators technicians will schedule install date; travel within US is included. Fees Include: Shipping, Insurance, and Installation/Training (within US) $750; sales tax applicable in FL.

Returns: You may return your equipment for 100% back within 7-days from date of delivery.

What kind of service can I expect after the purchase?

All of our equipment at Laser Locators comes with a six month warranty inside the United States.
