Ronda has a strong background working for major Fortune 250 corporations and private equity firms primarily for health care, consulting and financial services organizations. She is responsible for planning, developing and implementing all company marketing, communication, event, outreach, advertising and public relations activities for both internal and external channels. She will also oversee support materials and all faucets of the website. Prior to Laser Locators, Ronda held the position of Regional Director of Marketing & Communications for Kindred HealthCare, a multi-billion dollar corporation where she was responsible for all marketing and communications activities for more than 75 offices across six states. Ronda has received numerous industry awards including Gold and Platinum level awards from Hermes and MarCom and additionally has been recognized on multiple occasions as an outstanding community leader. She is a graduate of Rensselear Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY, where she obtained her MBA, Marketing concentration (cum laude).
