This is a Zeiss optics head with the break thru illumination system. The system comes with a foot pedal and XY alignment system that is foot pedal controlled by the surgeon.
The red reflex is outstanding and probably the best compared to any surgical microscope except the new ALCON LUXOR which is the next generation design of this scope.
